I’m a Christian life coach and retreat speaker who helps women navigate life transitions with faith, clarity, and courage. I have 35+ years of sobriety, walking in God’s restoring grace. I help women discern their next faithful step with wisdom, compassion, and practical biblical guidance.
Many of the women I work with are faithful, capable and deeply devoted to God and quietly wondering what their life is supposed to look like now. Together we slow down, reconnect with truth and listen for His direction so you can move forward with confidence.

For years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside women who feel stuck, tired, overwhelmed, or unsure of what God is asking of them next. My heart is to help you reconnect with truth, renew your faith, and step forward with clarity and confidence.
Whether I’m speaking at a retreat, coaching one-on-one, or tending my garden, I’m reminded that growth takes patience, courage, and trust in God’s timing.
